"After-action reports document best practices and opportunities for improvements for both real-world events and exercises," explains Dr. Rante, Director of the 西瓜视频 National Preparedness Institute. "After-action reports are critical tools used by first responders to document capabilities demonstrated during the exercise, training needs to support future response, and processes required to address any gaps or needs that may have been identified during these real-world events or exercises."
